The real damage is done by those millions who want to 'survive.' The honest men who just want to be left in peace. Those who donโt want their little lives disturbed by anything bigger than themselves. Those with no sides and no causes.

Forgiving student debt is a massive windfall to the rich, to the college educated, and most of all to the corrupt university administrators of America. No bailouts for a corrupt system. Republicans must fight this with every ounce of our energy and power.
@tfro24@SeanDKennedy@PhillipHoosier There were reporters on the side of the stage, you can see them in the video get as close as possible and just keep filming/photographing.
Democracy in crisis is more important than poll numbers. We seem unable, even now, to shift news coverage consistently towards the unprecedented unrolling of democratic and constitutional norms and the impending cataclysm. We should be listening not to pundits but to scholars of authoritarianism, historians, journalists from other countries that have seen democracy erode. We must shed the hubris that tells us we know how to cover this because weโve covered politics before, and the belief that we must maintain old norms even in the face of an unparalleled moment in US history. Otherwise, we are not journalists but accomplices. The winners and losers here are not Democrats or Republicans, but democracy itself.
@AP So three police officers had Nyah Mway, a 13 yr. old 8th grader, on the ground and still shot him? Train your police better U.S., this is unconscionable behavior by those who are supposed to protect and serve. Nothing new with that though.
