@PatsyeStevenson People don't want to believe what this government has legalised. They just convince themselves that its a lie and they carry on in ignorant bliss.
@Mike_Fabricant Whatever spin you try to put on it the conservatives lost the seats. Difficult you you to accept but it's a protest against the behaviour of the government over the last few years.
@Mike_Fabricant@CheyneDeryck After having his property confiscated and b
Now having to go for a trial. Good use of public resources. Not a waste of cash at all. And no doubt you'll just write another law to silence him further.
What harm is he doing telling you he's unhappy?
@CheyneDeryck@Mike_Fabricant Just because you dont agree with what he says doesn't mean he shouldn't get to say it.
I've never heard of him until today, don't know what he was saying but we all should have a right to protest and so he should be left to say whatever it is he wants to say.
@RobertoSanPier1@apoliticaleye@Mike_Fabricant No there is nothing expressly prohibiting rape murder or torture. The government actively avoided that.
It allows for authorised criminal activity. So what ever they want they will sign it off and ots all gravy
@apoliticaleye@Mike_Fabricant If you want to convince yourself otherwise then that's on you but ask why they refused to include a clause prohibiting torture rape and murder as reccomended by the echr?
@apoliticaleye@Mike_Fabricant Very vague and loose terms there don't you think. So if the rape is essential to preserve the CHIS cover to maintain his life and national security then it would likely fit with the echr right to life for the CHIS.
@apoliticaleye@Mike_Fabricant Ha call a lawyer then. I swear if I'm wrong I'll pay the cost of it. And if I'm right you'll see that this government isn't as benign as you want to believe
@apoliticaleye@Mike_Fabricant You've desperately trying to convince yourself I'm wrong the fact is I'm right and this government passed a law allowing state sponsored rape murder and torture amongst other things. I wish I was wrong I really do but its there in black and white.
@apoliticaleye@Mike_Fabricant No I'm not. Go ask a lawyer and if I'm wrong I'll pay the fee. Rape torture and murder can be authorised and so can be committed by a CHIS with complete immunity from prosecution.
It caused a stink in 2020 I'm surprised you missed it.
@apoliticaleye@Mike_Fabricant So this law allows for the authorisation of criminal acts by CHIS. So by following the authorisation process rape torture and murder can be state sanctioned. Check with a lawyer if you don't believe me. I don't like it either but it's law hence its scary
@apoliticaleye@Mike_Fabricant Did you read. Neither rape and torture and expressly forbidden that means they are permitted and can be authorised. Its how the law works so I proved my point but you don't like it so deny it. Clever.
