This is something we all need to analyze.

Why does the Black community only celebrate & defend the worst of the worst? How can we expect young Black men to do the right thing when the examples they’re given are so reprehensible? There are better examples. Let’s celebrate them.

Rodney King, OJ, Michael Brown, George Floyd, Karmelo Anthony. My entire life I have watched black activists rally around the most dysfunctional, degenerate, morally repugnant parasites imaginable. Celebrating and defending the absolute worst of the worst. People who contribute nothing to society. When’s the last time an actual virtuous and heroic black man won popular support in his own community? It seems that kind of black man is more likely to be shunned than celebrated.

Well reasoned argument.

Just because something was done in the past doesn’t make it something we want to emulate in the present.

Men can’t become women.

As a society we MUST insist, stay out of women’s spaces (or go to jail … a men’s jail).

It’s nice that he says he’s changed. Let’s see the fruit over a few decades first before we send him to the senate to make world changing decisions on our behalf.

As a teacher of 10 years and a Black Christian man, I’m removing ALL racial bias and calling it straight:
He brought a weapon to school — that alone is an automatic crime and grounds for expulsion. Then he put himself in the wrong place at the wrong time and chose to stab another kid instead of walking away.
This is an open-and-shut case. Without the politics and racial tension being forced into it, everyone would see the facts clearly: Karmelo Anthony killed that boy.

I pray for the victim and his family. Justice must prevail over narrative.
