@JoshWalkos@w0rm_face@McJuggerNuggets And then posted the video of his wife sobbing in her rawest moment of life so far, probably because she knew what that result meant they would be doing. ☹️
God’s will isn’t always what’s the most comfortable. Often the gift looks like the hard thing. He doesn’t promise it’ll be manageable but promises He’ll be there for us, whatever comes our way.
@Romy_Holland Ngl, we waited a long time to move to food because our guy just wasn’t interested. Would eat but mostly wanted to nurse anyhow. Did the whole spoon-feeding baby food thing around 12-14m, which is surprisingly neat. 3 now and eats normally, you can just forgo the mess, I guess.🤷♀️
@Bea_Elle@luinalaska how we don’t know them because the mom always changes plans to her house. Nbd, you can still hang out, let’s just do it at our house for a little while so we can get to know and put the weird vibes to bed.
@Bea_Elle@luinalaska It’s hard to explain. But you know, the mom that always has to be the center of attention, needs everyone to like her, acts like one of the girls. It’s just vibes so there’s a collection of oddities we noted, but it’s less about not wanting her around and more about
@JaneDashley It’s similar but not quite the same. I think it’s fine to sub. If you’re making it yourself you can use milk instead of cream to be the same effect? Or maybe skim milk, I’m not sure!
@Eowyn_the_Fair@DuckieLouise “It’s not AI cannibalizing itself — it’s iterative self-optimization toward a more synergistic content ecosystem 🚀”
I can’t with the AI posts! 😂 like do people not see it?
@flgirl041@PotluckLauren Oh that’s unfortunate, but not the same test I mentioned. Amniocentesis uses a very long needle in the uterus to extract fetal DNA for chromosomal abnormalities.
The screens and ultrasounds aren’t nearly as accurate but do give a better idea of risk,
One thing to note (and I do NOT agree with their decision, to be frank) - they did have amniocentesis, which is highly accurate and NOT what many couples base their decision on (the highly inaccurate NIPT screen or ultrasound looking for soft markers like nuchal folds or other
This is pure evil.
Doctors don't actually know anything. They are wrong all the time. They didn't even know babies could feel pain until the 1970s. I've been a dad for 6 months and I know babies can feel pain.
So many babies have been misdiagnosed and murdered. It's sickening.
@ValealohaHEV Oh it’s absolutely wrong, I just have seen a lot of posts about people saying “they didn’t even know.” They did. Doesn’t justify anything IMO, but at _least_ they knew vs. the absurd amount of people who make the same decision on a highly inaccurate screen.
I think I actually hate x today.
The would I wish this on my children quote is referring to me being glad I exist despite being born with a hearing loss.
