Anyone following the small bets approach - do you use any specific method to manage them?
About to try out Basecamp's shape up methodology to help my focus.
@pixiebrix That confidence you know you can find an answer when you need it is so important.
There's are loads of great starts being build like @MartyLindsay_NZ for Bubble - but theres a long way to go.
I need help!
Ever since I started building, I find that mid-discussion with someone, my brain suddenly lets me know it's figured out how to fix something.
It's distracting and rude - but I seem to have no control!
Any ideas!?
It took me months to have the confidence to ask in person for a financial commitment for a product I hadn't yet built.
I thought a 'no' would end the conversation.
It doesn't. It just starts a much better one!
@brandymedia Also worth mentioning this to your partner.
There will be times mid conversation when your eyes glaze over because you've just figured something out for your SaaS!
