@SouthwestAir Kayla was not helpful. So unacceptable. Cutting up my southwest credit card as we speak and will never fly again with you clowns. Literally put my clubs in a hard travel case, opened it up after landing and my putter is broke. How is that not covered?

@SouthwestAir you are the worst. I flew my clubs to Denver back in late may. Open my hard travel case that cost 300+ and my putter is lose and the head comes over. File a “claim”, and call back 5 days later to make sure everything is good to go. Waited 30 days no response, call,
