@DHLParcelUK My partner has asked me not to file a compliant because she is worried the delivery driver may come back to seek revenge. Her description of how he acted and treated her I understand her concerns.

@DHLParcelUK how do I file a formal complaint?? Your driver only delivered 3 of the 4 parcels, thrown them over the fence, left them in the rain not in the outbuilding as specified in delivery instructions. And one parcel of frozen food has perished due to delay in delivery.
