Very disappointing and odd to see Alain get so many votes against, compared to the other directors.

If you don't know a lot about the guy, abstain, sure - but to vote against is very odd behaviour, especially when the others got so many votes for.

Alain owns more GameStop stock than the other directors, apart from Ryan. Him and RC are also the only ones that work consistently for and with the company, busting their asses.
