@Be_Regan @voteSmitherman There was already subsidized transit in downtown Cincinnati, the Metro. The streetcar is akin to building a glass bottom bridge right next to the Brent Spence. The streetcar isn’t ever going to be described as efficient. This city can’t even get trash collection right.
