@orebuni And for absolutely no reason! It was already in production, too! She's Disney's first Black princess, yet she doesn't get a sequel or a TV series?
I wish they make a sequel focused on their life as a married couple. There's so much story potential, and it would have been fascinating to watch. Unfortunately, Disney will be Disney.
"Why do you draw multi with dreads?? Like why are you encouraging cultural appropriation" -> because I as a black person can decide what I believe is appropriation or not for myself. If other black ppl find it disrespectful that is in their own right I just don’t care personally
Yes! There's just so much to love about Tiana. She's been my favorite princess since 2010. Growing up, she was both my role model and my dream woman. It's always been a highly disappointing to see so much attention go to Lottie while Tiana often gets overlooked.
Tiana is one of the few princesses/disney leads to take out their villain by themselves, her cleverness and ability to adapt to any situation, she's stubborn and ambitious, she has a unique singing voice, her father was a ww1 war hero so she gets her bravery from him
