@noom My wife installed your app, hit the x and never selected a subscription option or setup an account then she uninstalled the app. She then got a $179 charge. We have no way of accessing her account since she never made one. Who should I contact about resolving this?

@noom I signed up yesterday, and before I completed the registration, I was charged $176. I was never shown a price of a subscription, let alone that I was purchasing an 8 month one without any experience of the app. It's been 24 hrs and no response from my email for refund
