Maybe change management needs to increase focus on ๐ฒ๐บ๐ฝ๐น๐ผ๐๐ฒ๐ฒ ๐ป๐ฒ๐ฒ๐ฑ๐ ๐ถ๐ป ๐๐ต๐ฒ ๐๐ต๐ถ๐ณ๐๐ถ๐ป๐ด ๐ฐ๐๐น๐๐๐ฟ๐ฒ and less on simply marketing changes to employees.
