@TicketmasterCS In my experience, the tickets didn't actually get emailed directly to you. If you log into the order on Frontgate, there's now a button to "send digital passes". Click this and it emails the tickets

@TicketmasterCS still no tickets via email for Download 2022. Gates open in 48 hours. I've submitted a query via the electronic form to VIP Nation and only had the automated response. What's going on??

Hi, I bought tickets for the Download festival on 10th June through Frontgate. I've not yet received my tickets and the festival doesn't appear in the list of "my events" in the Ticketmaster app. Is this normal?
