@chlahndz This is a good recipe/exactly where to start i think. It's pretty hard to dry out a loaf when you have a wet dough like this kind of bread, at worst the crust is a bit hard
@crulge I had the fantasy that I'd find a bottle I like, it's so cheap. The very cheapest stuff tastes best to me but still bad. Aromatic foot, overripe fruit, earwax
@MythicalChef Possibly it doesn't get stored in gas tight containers until packed in to-go containers as well, may be fermenting just not getting fizzy until sealed.
@MythicalChef I would guess there's a cold chain issue on their side. Maybe the hummus is made fresh daily but never refrigerated? Chickpeas are very eager to ferment, especially if there's any 'contamination' from uncooked beans.
