The Internet age can be interesting. So, this young man who had his employment application pending till I send my recommendation(he had asked me if I could allow him submit my name) came to my office for it. Yes, I knew him since he was brought to my office by my daughter two years ago. I asked for his SM accounts especially X & I reviewed his posts for as far as 3 years ago. My search yielded no insults & how much he posted about the subject of his job application. I can say I was impressed & in addition to the letter, I called the would be employer for a further discussion & I pointed out that he’s disciplined, used his SM space well & a leader(had seen him lead a section of KYU). Who knew that recommending someone for any opportunity in this age can be this easy? Use your SM accounts well.
