@capitolone Iโve spent more than three hours on the phone with your customer service today and you continue to support a scam business instead of your own customers.
@CapitalOne iโve tried disputing a credit card claim from a faulty product that merchant sent and is refusing to respond to my follow up request to return/refund. Youโre claims business is allowing for this scam business to get away with it
@AnitaB_org#GHC22 has to be one of the worst tech conferences. Sessions fill up more than 30 minutes before and only 10% of people who want to attend a session can. Youโre not catering to people who paid $1300. It seems you oversold and care more about $$$ than attendee value ๐คฌ
@elonmusk Tesla request: More granular windshield speeds for auto control. 4 speeds is arcaic to cars with shifting speeds. Sometimes 3 is still slow but 4 is too fast. Dynamic speed should have more than 4 levels to map to.
@evernote Been a big evangelist and paying member for 9 years. But the service has gone to shit over the years. Finally switched to @NotionHQ today. Happy to chat with your team directly with my feedback.
Everyone wants to be rewarded and acknowledged for their hard work. Promotions are one of the most rewarding ways this happens. Yet, it can also be tremendous pressure, stress, and an emotional rollercoaster.
This week, I shared some mechanics to help: https://t.co/PDQSkqnPfA
@Leonai_art I suspect it's more nuanced than just yes or no. :-) I think it depends whether they have a real need or just a potential concern. If it's a real need (real feature must do XYZ that pattern can't do), then it's worth addressing to avoid fragmenting the system.
