@DragonsLairPod@RugbyInGwent In seasons gone by we were always second best and game over by half time.
This season not only wins but unlucky draws and in with a chance throughout most of the games.
@garywoodz@StattoNewport@JNPhillips4 Interestingly all the sports that used to be at Rodney parade share the same home now. Cycling now in velodrome as is netball, athletics track next door with Newport RFC, cricket club adjacent and tennis centre not sure if squash is still is still there though. Lawnbowls missing
@elonmusk What’s preventing electric car makers installing a front bench seat as an option? In my mind 6 and big boot is better than 7 and a shrunken boot space. You can get 3 upfront as option in the new defenders and they have a drive shaft.
@JPearce_JP@thepaulwilliams@HitchikersPie I couldn’t agree more. Would also add to this that the game moves to 4 quarters. Give people in the stadium a the chance to go to toilet/bar without interrupting each other. More TV advert opportunities aimed at to sofa supporters which could push up needed revenues.
@IainJon97493892 The French football took the same stance and encouraged talent to leave for the best leagues. Disastrous idea, unless like them you flooded your resources and efforts into talent production.
@davidjusteat Obviously great to see. Peoples budgets only go so far, makes me wonder if some fans have diverted their consumer power from WRU tickets to club tickets.
Can’t blame them if they have, guaranteed to have a better day at RP than at the principality.
@CPhilpOfficial Records are still available and you know it. It’s a 3rd party private firm that you set up. Are you in any way or any of your family, friends linked financially to this company?
@scottbaldwin2 My boys 20 so it was years ago for me. Drop out of players was notable and think some of this is to keep players in the game and encourage tackling and therefore passing. Passing creates a team rather than the big kid hogging the ball and so less drop out be disillusioned kids.
