4 years I started running 18st at the time diabetic and fatty liver I’ve done a ultra run 32 mile and a marathon it’s not always easy it’s hard work but as they say hard work pays I’ve reversed the diabetes fatty liver normal today 13.1 run today 🏃‍♂️😁@TimpsonNews @JamesTCobbler

Quick update so far timpsons has opened 35 test shops to see how we are going to manage the social distancing etc. which areas do the best. Looking good so far couple more weeks I recon untill we have a few more shops. Keep up the good work thanks to everyone behind the scenes!
