Hear, Hear! Secretaries of State from both sides have long sought to reduce the influence of the medical profession but they represent very good value and they are trusted more by people than are politicians.
If you're a rank and file, common or garden consultant, or a knight/dame of a royal college you need to heed the purpose of physician 'associates' right now and take steps to make amends. Help yes, replacement no.
