Last night NNFR held it's first recruitment evening of 2023!
Our Scheme Mentor Lead, along with scheme mentors & the Scheme Coordinator, had a fantastic evening whereby Simon led an information evening for members of our community who are interested in being a part of our team(1)
Thank you ever so much to the kind person that has purchased this for us, it will be going in our scheme & will be well used! 🔦
Last year at several events & attending several patients, our responders found that a good torch would have been extremely!
Thank you so much! ❤

Last night we had Tina and Steve logged on and ready to respond in Corby and Kettering. Their kits were checked and ready to go if they were needed by East Midlands Ambulance Service @EMASNHSTrust@EMAS_CFR
Today our responders taught Basic Life Support to residents in Grafton+Warkton.Teaching this lifesaving skill is crucial. The more people that know how to do CPR means that if someone goes into cardiac arrest, more people will know how to help them before the ambulance arrives.
When Danish midfielder Christian #Eriksen collapsed during Euro 2020 at the weekend, the quick response of the medical team undoubtedly saved his life.
Here @DrRanj demonstrates how to perform #CPR on an adult who is unresponsive #MorningLive
⭐️ do you have a spare 2 minutes? please vote for us ⭐️
We really need your help to get our votes up. Please select Asda Kettering and click on our amazing team. If we win we get £500 to go towards lifesaving equipment. Thankyou so much

Lots of these on the London underground but all of them empty! I find this a bit disturbing if someone was to unfortunately go into cardiac arrest. Apparently you have to find a member of staff first who will then go and fetch a defibrillator from an office?
A MASSIVE congratulations to everyone that passed their community responder course today. We are very pleased that 6 of them will be joining our team. #teamworkmakesthedreamwork
@N_NorthantsCFR Loved the course! Hard work but worth it 😊 now looking forward to being part of the team! Thank you to everyone for help and support along the way ❤
