@deandunham@LBC Dean, can you recap your scam story please? It’s not on global player anymore and we’ve just uncovered a nectar card scam that can only have been done via the phone…
Hi @Ryanair I have tried repeatedly the online verification & keep failing. I have messaged your chat function repeatedly. I just want to change name online (happy to pay) and then be able to then check in online ahead of my flight on fri, to save myself a bit of money. Pls help.
Check out below the brilliant work from our Corporate Affairs team who last week volunteered at @Lookaheadtweets in South-West London to renovate their garden space, with some British summer rain to encourage them.
Thank you @volunteeringuk for organising! #GreatPlaceToWork
Hi @WestHertsNHS. After a visit to UTC at WGH last night, I wanted to recognise your staff, particularly Karly and Miriam, who were kind, caring, and took time to explain things clearly, despite it being a busy night. They’re a real credit to your Trust.
@drmdsmith @AbzSto Same. Two kids, 8 & 10. Had 2 school chums (siblings) over to play who then tested +ve. Cue 6 separate calls from T&T, they had to speak to me and me again (for both my kids), for each +ve case. Surely they can tell ‘somehow’ they are calling the same number over and over again.
@charlotteclaber@thetrainline Watch out that they don’t cancel both tix. Same happened to me and when I turned up to travel, I discovered both tix had been cancelled as they were on the same transaction ID. Only I wasn’t told this… a ‘mistake’ by trainline which cost me an extra £30 for a same day ticket.
Call received @thetrainline. Fabulous you admit your call handler made a mistake & he ‘has been given feedback’. Less fabulous that I’m out of pocket due to your incompetence & poor communication & there is no recompense. Really, really poor customer service. Unacceptable.
@thetrainline
It has now been 2 weeks since I incurred significant extra cost due to your incompetence & poor communication. Please can you confirm you’ve listened to my call, as you committed to do, inform me of findings, and share recording of the call with me as requested.
@thetrainline If I’d been told both tickets had been canx and refunded, I would have bought new advance ticket before day of travel. Instead, was lead to believe one canx & told process to claim refund for that, which included sending unwanted ticket back. I couldn’t event collect the ticket!
@thetrainline Hi Jamie. The voice msg left was pointless. Told me they could see refund had been given so weren’t sure of problem. The problem is, I wasn’t told both tickets had been canx, was advised how to claim refund for ONE ticket, & then had to buy ticket on day at extra £.
@thetrainline Hi Jamie. Form completed. I keep being told I’ve been given refund. Only one ticket should have been refunded, not both, but I only discovered both had when at station. Agent didn’t tell me both had been refunded. I then had to buy a new ticket at extra cost. Pls listen to call.
Hi @thetrainline. You called & left msg saying my tix have been refunded, so what’s the prob? The fact you refunded BOTH tix IS the prob, it cost me extra to travel due to your error, so I’m out of pocket. Not sure why this point being repeatedly missed. I’d like diff refunded.
