@ellenjdasilva I remember working in restaurants while my kids were little and it was so hard with childcare. 2nd shift and non-traditional hourly/salary jobs are growing. The need is definitely there.

@heymrsbond Yesss…my 18yo recently left college not because he didn’t enjoy it but cuz he didn’t like what it was leading to—a lifetime of the grind. It doesn’t have to be this way. He’s currently trying to figure it all out and working on a farm 🤷‍♀️
