If you haven’t yet seen this, it’s worth taking a look at this detailed examination of the UK Govt’s response to Israel’s bombardment of Gaza. One key revelation is when aid workers including British nationals were killed in an Israeli strike on a World Central Kitchen convoy. Two days later, the then UK Foreign Sec David Cameron signed off on the latest arms export approval to Israel. That same day he announced an urgent and “transparent” investigation into the attack. https://t.co/DpLV7MW7vK
This is Jennifer Gerber. She was @AndyBurnham’s principal adviser during his 3 ministerial roles from 2007-10
After Labour lost the 2010 election, she became executive director of Israeli embassy front group "Labour Friends of Israel" (LFI). She would stay in the role for a decade, playing a leading role in the campaign to destroy pro-Palestinian Labour leader Jeremy Corbyn from 2015-19
Gerber is still listed as a director of LFI on Companies House
Andy Burnham was funded by LFI and Israeli Foreign Ministry in 2004 to go on a propaganda tour of Israel. The then chair of LFI was James Purnell. Burnham recently appointed Purnell as his chief of staff in No 10
At the LFI leadership hustings in 2015, Burnham said that Israel would be the first place he visited if he won the Labour leadership race. The year after, Burnham joined LFI

Last three years were a moral stress test for humanity. The people of the world did not fail it, but many governments did. The consequences have been devastating: a genocide livestreamed in Gaza and ethnic cleansing in the West Bank. Let us learn from this and act to save what remains of us and of our humanity.
Part of a lecture at the University of St Andrews in Scotland.
Israeli settlers causally stole olives & lemons from a Palestinian home, guarded by two armed IDF soldiers, & started dancing & laughing in the owner's face as the soldiers kept him locked up inside his home & threatened him when he dared film
Israeli settlers planted a forest of Israeli flags around a Palestinian store in the West Bank, blocking the entrance and the windows. The owners called the IDF to report the incident, and the IDF told them not to touch the flags.

The Nobel peace prize was just awarded to the UN official that found Israel guilty of an ongoing genocide
An extraordinary turning point & a vindication of everyone who stood against Israel's atrocities in Gaza!
Yesterday, PM @AndyBurnham sent an A400M military plane from RAF Akrotiri on Cyprus to Nevatim Air Base in southern Israel
Nevatim is the central node through which the Gaza genocide was supplied and enacted
The A400M can carry a payload of 81,600 lbs and 116 troops
Israel’s PM Benjamin Netanyahu is indicted by the ICC—of which Britain is a member—for war crimes and crimes against humanity
You are paying for all this
Israel’s Central Elections Committee has voted to disqualify the United Arab List from the October 27 Knesset election, preventing the only Arab political list from appearing on the ballot.
The decision puts Israel’s repeated claims of being a democracy under renewed scrutiny, as political participation for Palestinians is once again being blocked
Israel, that speaks endlessly about democracy while blocking Arab political representation exposes the contradiction between its rhetoric and the reality Palestinians face under its colonizing system.
Almost 80 years ago, you were an antisemitic if you supported a genocide.
Today, you are an antisemitic if you oppose a genocide.
The people who did this to Gaza want to lecture us about the Holocaust, human rights, international law, civilization, democracy, and peace.
Five police forces are ending a project with Palantir.
The case for getting Palantir out of our public services is growing ever stronger.
The Government must use the break clause next year to kick Palantir out of our NHS.

More and more neo-Nazi terror plots are being uncovered
Women have been raped in racially-motivated attacks
This should be treated as a national emergency
