Unfortunately, you are as delusional as the minister. You cannot preach about economic growth and urban development going hand in hand when our hospitals are falling apart, with no medicines on the shelves and buildings crumbling around patients.

Our government schools are dilapidated and our roads are so riddled with potholes that people are placing logs on the road between Bulawayo and Victoria Falls to be able to move.

Walk into any government hospital and you will find broken furniture and decaying wards. Look at our business districts and you will see the same neglect.

Your point is shallow and empty.
If the government cannot bring safety and dignity to communities through decent hospitals, good schools and proper roads, what moral authority does it have to order economically struggling people to paint and renovate their homes, or face fines and prison? And who will fine the government for the state of our hospitals?

I have just gone through your profile, and it is clear that you are a party propaganda handle. But propaganda only works when it is believable, and this is not.

Let me teach you something about communication. When you defend nonsense, you undermine the very cause you are trying to promote.

Propaganda only works when it makes common sense. The moment it starts defending the indefensible, people stop listening, and the message becomes a subject of mockery. Have you asked yourself why citizens are failing to paint their homes?
