@gman5180 Drug test through employers for those that are on SNAP. That would solve a large percentage of those abusing the system. If you’re able-bodied, you work and are drug tested.

@gman5180 The issue is Marijuana is legal in California and Medicinal Marijuana is legal in a good amount of States. … and as previously stated the cost of testing is prohibitive. How often are they testing? Monthly? Quarterly when SNAP has it reporting due?
