@TheYankeeCandle part 4 - lets your reputation down. I felt quite cross in there yesterday. Even when my partner went to enquire on the price of the unlabelled jar, they were still on their phones the whole time. They looked annoyed that they had to serve someone.

@TheYankeeCandle part 3 - all staff were on their phones for the duration of our visit. We were in there at least 15 minutes. Other customers also complained about their lack of organisation as the stock wasn’t labelled. All under signs that match up to their offer. Terrible!
