@StevenL57 Haha, Steve! I think you know mine was the nearer analogy. As you said, it’s about perspective. You took what was said one way, I took it another. Either way, respect is always warranted.
@StevenL57 You seem to have taken an innocuous comment on a Facebook post as a personal critique instead of just a suggestion. We all have our reasons for why we receive information the way we do, but the commenter deserved quite a bit more respect than she was afforded in that exchange.
Absolutely crushed to hear of the passing of Jerry Remy. His voice was like comfort food for all of us in Red Sox Nation, in good times and bad. He & Don Orsillo could make even the most unwatchable of games effortlessly entertaining. Godspeed, sir, and thanks for all the smiles.
Gender reveal parties are so offensive b/c they push a binaried version of gender which is not only inaccurate, but also completely dangerous. I look forward to the day when they are outdated & a thing of the past because all children deserve to be celebrated regardless.
The Patriots took Jacoby Brissett (late 3rd round) over Dak Prescott (4th) in the 2016 draft. Imagine a QB room of Brady, Garoppolo, Dak. Who knows how that situation would have played out.
