True statesmanship is reflected in wisdom, discipline and respect for institutions. President Mnangagwa's emphasis on unity, order and implementing Party resolutions reinforces the importance of responsible leadership and delivering results.
@Nanayf6@Ramoxy74@MamboChirwa
The people have spoken, and the Party has made its resolution clear!
The resolution is that President Emmerson Mnangagwa remains President and First Secretary of ZANU PF until 2030. To give effect to this position within the Party’s structures, the National Congress is set to move from 2028 to 2029, allowing the Party’s constitution to be aligned with the amended National Constitution.
This is about more than changing a date on the Party calendar. It is about harmonising leadership cycles and ensuring consistency between the Party’s internal governance framework and the national constitutional provisions. The proposed shift from a five-year to a seven-year leadership cycle forms part of that alignment.
The message is clear: the Party has adopted a resolution on its leadership and the institutional changes it considers necessary to support it. The focus now is on ensuring that the relevant constitutional and organisational processes reflect that decision.
Clear resolutions. Institutional alignment. A defined direction towards 2030.

OFFICIAL HANDOVER OF MOBILE HEALTH KIOSKS BY PRESIDENT MNANGAGWA
What a progressive and people-centred step for Zimbabwe’s healthcare system.
President Emmerson Mnangagwa’s official handover and launch of the Presidential Ward-Based Primary Health-Care Outreach Programme in Chinhoyi is a practical, forward-looking move that takes essential services closer to remote and underserved communities.
The nurse-manned three-wheeler Mobile Health Kiosks — starting with the first 10 units funded by NetOne (one for each province) and expanding toward a planned 100 nationwide — will offer on-the-spot screening for blood pressure and blood glucose, maternal and child health support, malaria services, HIV and TB assistance, health education, and early identification of conditions such as diabetes, cancer, and substance-abuse issues. Patients can be linked via telehealth to clinicians and referred for further care when needed, creating a connected pathway that reduces long journeys, transport costs, and time away from work or family.
This initiative embodies the principle of leaving no one and no place behind. It strengthens primary healthcare at ward level, complements existing clinics and hospitals, and harnesses digital technology and community health workers through partnerships with NetOne and ZimSmart Villages. It also builds on the broader health-access vision championed by First Lady Dr Auxillia Mnangagwa.
By bringing screening, advice, and referral pathways to the village edge, these mobile kiosks have the potential to enable earlier detection, better continuity of care for chronic conditions, and ultimately healthier communities across Zimbabwe. A welcome investment in practical, accessible healthcare. @dereckgoto@SimangalisoDub5@timotonho@chari639408@noku_carol@magadziko43836@hazelwekwagondo

ZANU PF Resolutions Reflect Grassroots Voices and Aspirations
Resolutions adopted at ZANU PF party conferences and congresses originate from the grassroots, reflecting the views, aspirations and priorities of the party’s membership. The process follows a bottom-up approach, ensuring that decisions made at the highest levels of the party are informed by the concerns and contributions of ordinary members.
The formulation of resolutions begins at the cell level before progressing through branches, districts and provinces, in that hierarchical order. District Coordination Committees (DCCs) play a coordinating role in facilitating the process and ensuring that resolutions move through the party’s structures for consideration.
This approach places the party leadership in a position of responsibility to respect and implement the collective will of the membership once the people have expressed their position on matters of importance. In essence, resolutions are not simply imposed from the top but emerge from consultations and deliberations across the party’s structures.
The process reinforces the principle that the leadership is accountable to the people it represents, with party conferences and congresses providing platforms for consolidating grassroots views into collective decisions and guiding the party’s direction.
Word of the DAY
"ZANU PF is united. In any Movement, you have people who divert from the centre of the Party. That is expected. If you have a Party and from January to December, you find no dissenting voice, something is wrong. Any revolutionary Party will always have people that fail to run the correct line and fall by the way side” President @edmnangagwa
Speaking at the closing ceremony of the 23rd ZANU PF National People’s Conference, His Excellency President Emmerson Mnangagwa urged delegates to return to their respective provinces and districts with their heads held high, proud of their achievements and committed to fulfilling the aspirations of all communities across Zimbabwe.
