@virginmedia delayed broadband installation 3 times (first time should have been 5th Sept now 1st November). Tried to cancel contract twice this morning, the line hung up both times. Poor showโฆ damaging the virgin reputation @richardbranson
@virginmedia I would have the installation take place but I cannot take the word of Virgin, I have been patient and understanding over the course of nearly two months. I wasnโt notified of the delay to the installation today after taking time to wait in.
@virginmedia Yes I passed on security in both phone calls but when transferred to the pre install cancellation number, the phone cut out twice. I signed up in good faith and feel very disappointed
@feelunique Hi, I have not received my order (FN65854281) which is an advent calendar for my daughter. Obviously, time before 1st December has almost run out. Please could you assist me with this? Kind regards
