It has been brought to my attention that the Communications Director of JPS misled the Jamaican people on Nationwide Radio a short while ago by providing at best, a distorted and incomplete picture of communications in July between the JPS and the Ministry of Finance.

This is most unfortunate. I can only imagine that it is either an unintentional error or a deliberate attempt to divert attention away from the inability of JPS to restore normality to the Jamaican consumer.
