एक 'दीपक' बुझा, तो पूरे सिस्टम की काली सच्चाई उजागर हो गई। जयपुर SMS अस्पताल के संविदा नर्सिंगकर्मी दीपक खारवाल की आत्महत्या के बाद नर्सिंग जगत में आक्रोश का तूफान है। प्लेसमेंट एजेंसी के भरोसे, नौकरी की असुरक्षा और शोषण की चक्की में पिसते हुए दीपक ने जान दे दी। आज साथी नर्सिंगकर्मी सड़कों पर हैं, गेट मीटिंग कर रहे हैं, धरने पर बैठे हैं। उनकी मांग साफ है - संविदा प्रथा बंद करो, सभी संविदा नर्सिंगकर्मियों को तुरंत बहाल करो।

दीपक की मौत सिस्टम की लापरवाही का कत्ल है। जो लोग दिन-रात मरीजों की सेवा करते हैं, उन्हीं को ठेकेदारी के दलदल में धकेल दिया गया। न सुरक्षा, न सम्मान, न भविष्य। अब सरकार को जवाब देना होगा।

*हमारी स्पष्ट मांग:*
1. मृतक दीपक खारवाल के आश्रित परिजन को 1 करोड़ रुपये का मुआवजा दिया जाए।
2. परिवार के एक आश्रित सदस्य को तुरंत सरकारी नौकरी दी जाए।
3. प्रदेशभर के सभी संविदा नर्सिंगकर्मियों की बहाली कर उन्हें स्थायी किया जाए।

जब तक मांग पूरी नहीं होती, ये आंदोलन रुकेगा नहीं। एक दीपक बुझा है, हजारों दीपक अब सवाल बनकर खड़े हैं। सरकार होश में आओ।
