6. By law (IS 17021), E20 petrol MUST have a density between 720 to 775 kg/m³.
Pure water has a density of 1,000 kg/m³.
If a pump mixes water, that heavy sludge at the bottom will shoot the density reading way past 800. It is undeniable mathematical proof of a scam.

5. They are using the E20 mandate as a scapegoat to hide their own adulteration!
How do we catch them? DENSITY. The public never asks to test what E20 actually looks like or weighs, which lets the scammers get away with it

4. Your car's fuel pump also sucks from the bottom of your tank. It pulls in that water-ethanol sludge, which causes instant misfires, stalling, and severe engine damage.
When you complain? The pump owner throws their hands up: "It's the Govt's new E20 fuel! It ruins cars!"

3. Ethanol is highly hygroscopic (it loves water). When a scammer adds water to E20, the ethanol unbinds from the petrol and bonds directly with the water. 
Because this new water-ethanol sludge is heavy, it sinks straight to the bottom of the underground storage tank.

2. Corrupt drivers and pump owners are secretly mixing WATER into E20 petrol to increase volume and make illegal profits.
With old pure petrol, water didn't mix and was easy to spot. But with E20 (20% ethanol), the fuel's chemistry completely changes.
