Rolling Sea Action Fund and the nonprofit Let It Resound have revealed their plan to target Black voters in several city crucial to securing Democratic control of the House of Representatives.

"This is a part of a seven-figure push to ensure no stone is left unturned and we fully engage Black voters who will determine House control in critical races," a well-informed source told The Hill.

"We’ve got nearly 100 days to make Vice President Harris, President Harris and Hakeem Jeffries Speaker of the House," they added.

The organizations plan to rebuild the Democratic Party's relationship with Black voters through community engagement events, civic education, and partnerships with community-based organizations. The plan is to "make clear" that MAGA is destructive to Black voters.

"We intend to invest more than $8 million in a hyper-targeted, blunt and toothy media and message campaign to reach voters online, on the air waves, and with out-of-home media in their communities," the PAC said in a memo.

They also intend on registering 150,000 Black voters, including first-time voters.

"We are doing the work to engage and persuade our most loyal voting base as national headwinds signal an exhausted cohort of these voters need a reminder of how Democrats are delivering and the stakes of this critical election," explained the memo.

This historic announcement comes in as donations continue to pour in for Kamala Harris and enthusiasm for her campaign quickly grows.

The chairs of the Senate Finance and Budget committees joined together for a joint statement to announce that they sent letters to nine oil companies to demand more information on the shady Mar-a-Lago meeting during which Trump asked for the money.

Reportedly, Trump told the oil companies that they'd get a great "deal" if they helped get him elected because he'll slash their taxes and gut regulations to boost their profits.

Trump promised to trash Biden's historic, life-saving climate initiatives on "the first day"of his new administration — trading the future of the planet for his own MAGA political goals.

"Time and time again, both Mr. Trump and the U.S. oil and gas industry have proved they are willing to sell out Americans to pad their own pockets," said Senators Ron Wyden and Sheldon Whitehouse.

"And now, emboldened by impunity, Mr. Trump and Big Oil are flaunting their indifference to U.S. citizens’ economic well-being for all to see, conferring on how to trade campaign cash for policy changes. Such potential abuses must be scrutinized," they went on.

The Democratically-controlled committees are seeking "descriptions of policy proposals discussed" and "materials distributed to any attendees" at the meeting.
