@TeamYouTube She doesn't have a twitter account so that's why I've been roped in lol! Can you advise who would be best to contact as she reached out to yt premium support over a week ago and still hasn't gotten any reply. That's a long time to wait as a paying subscriber, tbf

[Tiny Endeavours @TinyEndeavours]

@youtubemusic my sister is a YT premium subscriber & recently lost like 10 years of music she had been acquiring when she had to redownload the app. Is there anything she can do to get her music back? She's literally distraught. It's been a week & hasn't heard back from support🙏

[Tiny Endeavours @TinyEndeavours]

@TeamYouTube Thanks so much for your reply! She's signed in, she says, and had everything downloaded, not on playlists. We have poor wifi and so everything was downloaded so she could listen while offline

@finalfantasyvii Thank you so much for remaking this game so beautifully, it's been an absolute dream come true! My question is

Has a birth date for Zack ever been officially decided? Fans would love to know so we can celebrate such a wonderful character!

[Tiny Endeavours @TinyEndeavours]
