Wow @hovisbakery you really do not like answering your calls from concerned customers. I want to know why you are adding syn. Folic acid to your Farmhouse Batch Wholemeal loaf? Wholemeal is exempt, yet you are adding it. Making it difficult for people like me, with CANCER to avoid SFA! Not impressed, am at 47 mins and still waiting...
I sat through Axel Rudakubana’s Sentencing Hearing. Will never forget the cries of the parents of the little girls that monster had murdered or maimed.
The full list of the knife wounds he inflicted on each child was demonic. He didn’t just kill them.
The truth is Rudakubana should be executed. No society can tolerate its youngest citizens being massacred - he found a Taylor Swift dance class online and he deliberately targetted the female and the vulnerable.
He was radicalized online and he learned how to butcher.
No prison or hospital is sufficient. Rudakubana needs to go to hell where all the devils are.

Dear @FIFAcom,
Could you please clarify how the display of the “Las Malvinas Son Argentinas” banner after the World Cup semi-final complies with your own regulations?
The FIFA World Cup Regulations, Article 12 (Equipment) state:
“The display of political, religious, or personal messages or slogans in any language or form by players and officials on their playing or team kits, equipment… or body is prohibited.”
In addition, Law 4.5 of the IFAB Laws of the Game (The Players’ Equipment) states:
“Equipment must not have any political, religious or personal slogans, statements or images.” It further explains that political statements relating to governments, political acts or national issues are not permitted.
The sovereignty of the Falkland Islands/Malvinas is an ongoing political dispute between the United Kingdom and Argentina. On that basis, many would reasonably view the banner as a political statement.
If these regulations are to retain credibility, surely they must be enforced consistently, regardless of the nation involved.
I would appreciate FIFA’s clarification.
@Mac__xx I’m on my knees at 63 and can’t wait to get to 67 ( which wasn’t what I signed up for at 18!)
Another bloody year!!!
They just can’t wait for us all to die the bad bastards!!
Ann Widdecombe was about to lift the lid on a vipers next of hidden power that operates above the prime minister. Within 24 hours of making her plans public she is murdered. A suspect is immediately arrested and we are all told their colour age and nationality. Then 24 hours later we have a new suspect but his description is protected. I’m going to say what it is, it’s not a murder. It’s a political assassination. And this is a cover up.
After Ann Widdecombe's murder, police immediately announced they had arrested a '26-year-old white British man'.
He has now been released and is no longer a suspect.
I saw one post this morning that said women over 50 shouldn’t wear their hair long and another post that said women over 50 shouldn’t wear their hair short because it ages them more nd I just want to say that women of all ages should wear their hair however the fuck they want...
If this is how they act over a football match just imagine what they will do when they get the signal for the takeover and slaughter of Europeans.
There is no coming back from this without civil war.
How many of the Moroccan fans filmed attacking police and causing havoc on Edgware Road last night will actually be tracked down, charged, and fast-tracked to prison like Connor Bishop? He got two years and eight months for throwing a traffic cone that didn't even hit anyone. Will we see the same energy from the police here, or is justice only swift for certain people?

Sterilizing an 11 year old is legal but a 15 year old watching Tik Tok is too much.
Wtf is wrong with the UK in today's society? 🇬🇧
We call on the Government to stop the fortification of flour with synthetic folic acid. Folic acid is a medicine not a food. We believe it is unethical to mass medicate the entire population without their knowledge or consent in the hope that a minority group of people might see a benefit.
The NHS website lists sections of the population (including people with cancer, a stent or low vitamin B12 levels) who should avoid folic acid exposure because of possible detrimental health impacts. Even if these people are aware of the issue, it is becoming harder to avoid as wholemeal and gluten free products are voluntarily adding folic acid.
