@CatsSurname When I came back, going elsewhere for a couple of days, he recognised my voice and came running as soon as I stepped out of the car. Churu and cuddles twice a day; the other cats began to be okay with me too but they're not cosy with strangers. He fell asleep in my lap, purring<3

@CatsSurname Friends living in truly nontouristy places in Japan. One place has a few outdoor cats they take care of. "Tiny white" was born late in the season, he's maybe 4-5 weeks old. Pretty weak when I managed to get him close enough to try #Churu, once I did he perked right up!

@Cat_Cosplay At times, for me, it's because I do an image search and something turns up that's from a while ago as well as on Twitter. I doubt that's what causes sudden resurgences in attention for anyone, though, unless other people do the same thing at the same time.
