@AirwayMxAcademy How many Anaesthetists check that the op table control can be accessed by both you & your ODP/Anaesthetic nurse during intubation?
@doctorhelgi As your Anaesthetic Assistant/Tech/ODP the LMA must have a higher Carbon Footprint.
Additional energy needed to inflate the cuff with the additional plastic syringe๐
@NicholasChrimes Has there been any research on the cuff length?
Although this would take more air to inflate would the cuff exert less pressure on the trachea?
& would a long "Ribbed" cuff help to sit around the vocal cords be an option?
@TinyTonyH I'm sure you are. Proving you ensure it's fitted safely it's nothing but a boon. You get heat, you can cook or brew coffee on it, and all on waste material.
@TinyTonyH Yep...it'll burn solid wood too. You still need to have a bed of ash in the base...I think he specifies 70mm deep, but you can use solid. I top up with waste wood just to keep my firewood pile down.

@amcunningham@edent What is needed is a patients own digital healthcare repository which healthcare organisations "Dips" into to collect the relevant clinical info.

#WeNurses Quick question. There was recently an article/research on the most important item a nurse needed at work with a black pen being the top item.
Any idea where this comes from??
