In person stores usually do FNM (Friday night magic) with drafts of the current set. Pre-release for new sets is also packs
If you're playing online, MTG Arena always has drafts where you draft a deck and play
(I judged tournaments for yrs so ask all the questions)

I was able to surprise my moderator team with thank you gifts. Personalized blankets that I felt represented them all.
