Last night we found out the trailer won a bronze! An amazing achievement as winning a Clio is like winning an Oscar if your in the business (or so I’ve been told :p). We were buzzing at the after party and had a fantastic time 🎉

Currently in Los Angeles with my lovely colleague Rachel as she’s been nominated for a #clioentertainment award for the Cites:Skylines 2 announcement trailer! Tomorrow we’ll be at the ceremony at the Dolby Theatre and it feels surreal! If we win it’ll be absolutely huge 🎉!

@DareDevilBore I had a chat with xsolla and you’re right, they do charge the commission for refunds to customers ><. I had no idea and I don’t have a solution unfortunately. I’ve brought this up with people above me and if I get a solution I’ll let you know!

@DareDevilBore @Xsolla @PdxInteractive Yes we used xsolla (still do), no I don’t know why they kept part of the refund. Please see my other tweet, I’ll try and find more info about this when I’m at the office tomorrow.

@DareDevilBore That would have been my team you spoke with. As for Xsolla keeping a portion of the refund that’s something I’m not aware of actually and can’t really tell you why that is ><. Let me see if I can find info on why when I get to the office tomorrow.
