Five years without seeing each other, and all my old mate wanted to talk about was the XRPL....
...I'm glad he did
But first, a little history. @bird_XRPL and I did a lot of work together years ago, then went five years without seeing each other. A few months ago I randomly bumped into him and over dinner he started telling me about the XRPL. Tbh, I knew a little about XRP, but what he was telling me was new.
Here comes the part that changed everything for me. I realised that the value doesn't just sit in the coin, it sits in the ledger. There's an exchange built into the protocol itself, and every trade and every wallet sits in public where anyone can check them.
I believe this is the ledger that brings tokenised assets and digital currencies into the mainstream.
Then he asked me to help him with a new project that integrates live ledger data wired into it, and I said "let's riddeeee"
Now I'm learning the space more and more by actually building in it, and documenting it all here.
Drop a follow if you want to see what the ledger can actually do.
MY NEW BIRD WEBSITE IS LIVE 🤲🏻
I’ve officially launched my own custom coded website, built from scratch thanks to my boy @Tiny_XRPL!
No Linktree. My own domain. My own design. Complete control.
Right now, it’s a simple hub for my links, but the possibilities are endless.
This is phase 1 of a 3 phase launch, with much more coming to the XRP Ledger over the next week! 👀
For me, branding is EVERYTHING. Every little detail matters, and I’m constantly looking to raise the bar in everything I build.
I personally LOVE the animated golden glow around the PFP ;)
Take a look and let me know what you think!

Over half the people holding a Fuzzybear today were on the XRPL before the first bear was ever minted...
I checked every holder across all 4,430 bears (the originals + the mirrored sraebyzzuF). On the XRPL every wallet’s history is public, so you can see exactly when each one turned up
About 1 in 7 were here before NFTs existed on the ledger at all
And one wallet made its first transaction on ledger 208,939 back in 2013. The ledger’s past 107 million now
& holders have stuck around too... More than half the bears haven’t changed hands in over a year, with less than 1 in 5 currently listed
Were you here before the bears? 👀
I'm a builder at heart ❤️ Locking myself away for hours on end building products and systems is honestly my idea of fun.
Spent all of today pulling live ledger data and didn't even notice the time go.
Doing it on the XRPL to drive adoption is the cherry on top.
I'm here for the riddeeeee
This is the part people miss about XRP. The value isn't just the coin, it's what the ledger is capable of.
$41.5M settled in seconds for a fraction of a cent.
As more real money & RWA moves on chain, more and more of it comes flooding onto XRPL. We're just getting started!
Someone moved $41.5M of RLUSD on the XRP Ledger 2 days ago and paid 0.000024 XRP to do it 👀
Settled in one ledger, which takes a few seconds. No bank in the middle and no 3 day wait.
The receipt's public, here's what it says:
Sent: 41,474,573 RLUSD
Delivered: 41,474,573 RLUSD
Fee: 0.000024 XRP (burned, nobody gets it)
Ledger: 107,461,180
Sent and delivered match, like they should

@JennaXCrypto@XamanWallet@DCENTWALLETS Defo shouldn’t be entering private keys… that’s crazy work. A legit app doesn’t need it, Xaman sends a sign request in wallet which you approve on your phone so your keys are never shared. That’s the way I’m building mine
