There's more talent in the college coaching ranks than the NBA due to aging, illness. and culture gaps. Mavs set the new standard with the D.May hire. We have a gem on retainer in Tony Bennett. He's a proven entity and can coach circles around our podcaster, JJ. Mr Walter, help !

So glad to see that the NBA is waking up and starting to hire qualified coaches from the college ranks as the Mavs pick up Dusty May. Alot better than podcasters.
The attrition in the NBA through age. health, and culture have left the cupboard bare for viable coaching prospects.

@Axel21_9 @thebenroyer A frog could've won 50 games a year with Luka,Lebron, AD, AR and Rui. JJ still managed to intermittently injure all of them throughout the seasons with improper load management and sometimes in meaningless games. He's not a top 10 coach in the NBA... He's a podcaster. @PichuRuas Ojala que tienes razon. I can't stand how Pelinka has let our Lakers slowly deteriorate to a mediocre entity. And he'll prolong our demise through his unwarranted contract extension for JJ after just one year. They both have to go.. NOW !
