Your Lie In April returns to the stage! Directed once again by Ikko Ueda the musical opened this weekend at the Hitomi Memorial Hall in Tokyo. This will be followed by performances in Aichi, Osaka, Toyama and Kanagawa Prefectures.

The 10th Anniversary Performance of Play a Life opened today at Ginza Hakuhinkan Theater. It features performances from the Original Cast, a Live Concert, and a 10th Anniversary Cast.

Hero the musical opened today at Theatre Creation in Tokyo. Directed by Ikko Ueda, it’s the Japanese debut of the musical originally produced in 2012.

It’s a lively yet heartbreaking musical about a film director with only a few months left to live.

Catch Me If You Can directed by Ikko Ueda opened again today at the Tokyo International Forum.

It will be brought to the Orix Theater in Osaka in September.

Moulin Rouge! returns to Tokyo and opens at the Imperial Theatre today! Ikko is once again the directing supervisor of the Japanese production.

The show runs until August in Tokyo before going to Osaka in September.

Ikko Ueda wrote the script and lyrics for a musical short film called “Sen” directed by Win Morisaki.

The film was Morisaki’s directorial debut and won the George Lucas Award (Grand Prix) at the Short Shorts Film Festival & Asia 2024.

The musical In This Corner of the World opened at Nissay Theatre in Tokyo.

With script and direction by Ikko Ueda and music by Angela Aki, it is an adaptation of the manga about a girl living in Hiroshima during World War II.

We hope the show touches the hearts of the audience.
