To celebrate the end of the school year, Bonanza sixth-graders hiked Hogback Mountain on Wednesday.
They joined Shasta sixth-graders, who hike the mountain as an annual tradition.

The Klamath County Transition Program celebrated the four students finishing the program at the 2018 Independence Day on June 8.

Happy graduation weekend! The Klamath County School District has graduations at all its high schools weekend. Congratulations #Classof2018! Great job seniors!
Dena Morosin’s class at Shasta El. and Kasey Bird’s class at Conger El. teamed up to fill a Honda Fit and a Subaru with food for the Klamath-Lake Counties Food Bank.
Last year they raised about 4,200 pounds of food. This year they raised almost four times as much: 16,119 pounds!
Congratulations to @raidersLRHS senior Lalo Murillo, who recently received the The @FordFamilyFound scholarship and is headed for a full ride at Lewis & Clark College.
