I am.

Many people know me as a bold preacher of the Gospel in prisons and jails.
But today Im hurting.

Being a Christian means trusting God at all times… even when it’s really hard.

This is a true:

I’ve never experienced such deep heartfelt grief in all my life. At random times I experience a wave of emotion overwhelm me.

I put my hands over my face to hold back the tearful pain of my mother’s recent death.

This is also true:

The same Jesus that I preach to others is here for me, in my time of need.

He will never leave me nor forsake me.
He is my refuge and strength.

His Word is more true than temporal, fleeting emotions, and It’s that truth upon which I stand.

No matter where you’re at today.
Join me in this commitment.

I will not surrender to the storm.
I will be faithful to Jesus and His Word.
I will “Be strong in the Lord and in the power of His might.”

To God be all the glory. Forever.
