Air France Customer Service- very poor
Not one person was helpful! Everyone just said ’no’. And the WhatsApp service is a joke! Here is my situation:
I purchased a RT ticket from Stockholm to Denpasar. While I was on vacation in Indonesia, my dad passed away. I got on the first flight I could out of Denpasar to Boston, MA, USA on another airline to lay him to rest.
When I tried to change the departure city for my return flight (through your terrible WhatsApp service) to Stockholm I was told that it could be done. Upon receiving wrong information from your customer service I quickly corrected them and they put a booking into the system.
Customer service then told me I had to pay for this new booking (WTF) and referred me to my travel insurance provider to get a refund! Mind you that this whole time I am arranging a funeral for my father who passed away suddenly. I even called the toll free number and spoke with a woman (Majoy who was quite rude) but I received the same responses that there was nothing AF could do. When I asked to speak with a manager I was connected to a “supervisor” Gab who was equally rude.
Why is it that when I tried to change my departure city to Boston, evey single CS rep said no, you can’t do that. So I asked for a refund and you gave me 271 SEK. What an insult. I will never fly AirFrance again (and I fly often privately). I am not only angry at the customer service but thoroughly disappointed at the way I was treated, especially in a time of grief and sadness. I eventually had to book a whole new ticket, which I did with another airline.
I am asking you to compensate me only for the return fare of my original ticket, nothing more and nothing less due to the death of my beloved father I provided his death certificate). In the future, please treat your customers with more respect.
I urge you to read the whole thread of the chat service starting on 25/10. I also urge you to try and go through the process yourself because I think you might be surprised at how awful it is for we the customers.
I will say that the inflight service on my way to Indonesia was very good and the Premium service was excellent, however, that can’t possibly make up for what I experienced on the chat and on the phone.
Sincerely,
Christopher Robinson
Shame on you @airfrance@fapelous Air France Customer Service!

I've just minted 100 @EY3K0N on the primary market with my own ETH via 10 addresses. A project I'm a #consultantcypartner for.
The public sale is still live at https://t.co/EITocGZbOC, each #EY3K0N costs .233 ETH, you can now mint up to 10 per address.
Why did I do this? A 🧵:
A song against NFTs and web3 is vibing the most 😄
A few hours later, the artists has an ETH wallet, received several thousand $$$ there and uses an NFT Twitter pfp.
