On 04.08.2026, self-styled Lt. Hewan Boham (35) of NSCN-K (Khango Konyak) surrendered before Tirap Police, 44 Assam Rifles & 36 Bn CRPF at SP Office, Khonsa. He also surrendered one 7.65 mm pistol and four live rounds of ammunition. #TirapPolice #ArunachalPradeshPolice
