Welcome fellow Free Thinkers, Outcasts and Deplorables.
If you've found this profile and visited, it's probably because you're wondering just where my Mind is.
It's between my ear, under my scalp and always fully loaded. I always write how I hear it in my head, hence the usual one to two sentence paragraphs.
I don't often Repost and if I do, it's because I agree fully with the message. Otherwise, it's about how I see things in the world and in America.
I am an Independent/Undeclared. Which means I follow no Party, though I am a little more Right leaning in my beliefs. I have voted for both Parties (Unfortunately I did vote for Obama the first time, but McCain the second).
I am an Omnist. An Omnist is a person who believes ALL Religions are true, even if none of them speak the whole truth. I endeavour to learn about the ideologies behind every Religion and find the meanings behind them.
I was taught as a child to always question everything and be willing to look at all sides before coming to a conclusion. Which means I always attempt to do as much research into what catches my interest or gets my gears running.
I am also just a High School graduate.
So thanks for stopping by and enjoy the rest of you're day.
@FloraHa968@SportsPatriotUS It's not a matter of her not knowing how to play the game (she's a good player with good stats), it's the dozens of blatant attacks that have been brushed off or slaps on the wrist given for them. Such as the one game suspension for intentionally driving a fist into her throat.
Trick question.
What species of orchid? Because it ranges from 6mm to .05mm depending on species.
Mustard tree seeds range from 1-2.5mm.
So this argument doesn't hold up, as we don't know the prevalence of orchids in ancient Israel, nor the size of the seeds in that time period and region.
Trying to refute a statement made in ancient times using modern knowledge, is like claiming medeival doctors were murderers because they bleed people as a medical treatment instead of giving them antibiotics or vaccines.
And that's the irony.
I remember here in Illinois during the BLM riots there was a brief story of a mother in Chicago who was stabbed by her ex, and their daughter drowned in a fountain about a mile from their house.
All were Black.
But absolutely not a whisper about their lives mattering.
@OwenGregorian Can't point to what law is "violated" but will still rule against Trump.
Correct me if I'm wrong: but don't you have to say what law is being violated before bring a lawsuit?
From a studio that can't hit their own release date, claimed ASA was "rebuilt from the ground up", even as those who played ASE continuously said the ASA trailer had the exact same issues as ASE, initially claimed ASA would be a "free upgrade" for ASE owners before quickly backtracking, and numerous other failings.
But look at all the shiny stuff we are selling you!
@Sassafrass_84 Had a post removed on FB about the Israeli study regarding natural immunity. Claimed it was "misinformation". But we were yelled at to "Trust the Science!".
Wasn't surprised when it came out about Biden pressuring Social Media to censor posts like that.
When I moved from Alaska to Washington as a kid, at 10 yr old, I was bullied hard during my late Elementary and Middle school years.
Goodwill clothes, smelled like mildew because I had no idea how to do laundry as Mom worked doubles to make ends meet (never applied for Gov benefits), read a lot so was "nerdy".
Never once did I ever feel the need to attempt to kill anyone because of it.
Stepfather (who barely made money because he was a musician) told me a piece of advice that I used as a weapon: Words only hurt when you allow them too.
So I leaned into it. Always stood up for myself if someone tried to intimidate me. Ignored the comments about clothes/smell (though had a teacher help about how to properly do laundry, turns out i overfilled the dryer to "save money" as it was coin fed). And once used the "rent-free" argument (before it was known as such) to claim i was actually the most popular one because of all the attention.
By the time I left to go to Florida for High School (decided to live with my adoptive Father), I had made peace with former bullies. All because I didn't let it take me down and actually turned it against them.
Now kids are taught to "deal with it silently", accept it, and don't fight back.
@BiggameShaun@Houseofyogi Honestly never been to NYC, and probably never will.
And a Repub winning would be easy: Run a weak Dem candidate, knowing he won't win.
I always find it ironic when a defendant uses multiple stays in a lawsuit, while solemnly looking into a reporters camera and saying "they deny all the allegations and want their day in court".
You've had your day three times! But yet you keep making excuses as to why you need more.
@TewFuller@physicsgeek Funny enough, my Mom did the same. Woke me up with a phone call saying Tower 1 got hit but wasn't sure if it was terrorists. Watched the news when the second plane hit.
I posted this a little over a year ago, and with Trump's statement to Europe, seems to be relevant today:
"The world has become used to the U.S. cleaning up its messes, defending it, stabilizing it and generally reaping the benefits of Americaโs commitment to democracy, free trade and freedom without incurring any of the massive cost involved. Now the world expects the U.S. to defend it, again, reaping even more benefits, while America bleeds. โNot going to happen,โ the President said, looking around. โYou can toss your ante on the table or you can damned well die. And that concludes my statement.โ

They know their voters are stupid. They know they can treat them with disrespect and disdain because their voters will willingly go along with anything they say. Their voters only know what is being passed in Congress from what they say, knowing their voters will never look into it.
They lie to their voters everyday KNOWING they will believe them.
I'm starting to understand why John Coffey said he was tired.
Especially in this world we live in today.
So much hate, fraud, backstabbing, gaslighting, brainwashing, and stupidity.
The majority of our Government is no longer For the People, By the People and is just out to make a buck for themselves, and that's from both parties.
We have to protect Women from Men, unless Men say they are Women, in which case they have the same rights as women and don't you dare say otherwise.
We can't have kids with guns, tattoos, drugs or alcohol because they don't have the mental capacity to make life/body altering decisions, but they can decide to start taking puberty blockers, surgery, and change their gender with no input from parents, and that's perfectly okay.
Illegal immigration is okay as long as you're a Third Worlder heading to a First World country, but if you're a First Worlder illegally in a First World country you'll be deported so fast it'll make your head spin. And don't look at the harsh measures some other countries do to illegal immigrants.
We want to spend billions of your tax dollars, but you have no right to have us account for where the money goes. It'll get done when it gets done. We just need a few billion more.
We love everyone! Except those who don't think like us. Which includes TERFs, Islamophobes, Racists, Facists, Nazis, Homophobes, Uncle Toms, MAGA, ICE, and Trump.
No Kings! But we have no problem with unelected officials telling us what to do.
We know politicians lie, but we have no problems with re-electing them over and over with the same campaign promises they made 30 years ago, which they have still yet not gotten around to doing.
So for me it's shutting myself off from everything, making the most of what I can with whatever years I have left, and hoping the absolute train wreck this world is heading to can move slowly enough that I don't have to deal with the fallout before I pass.
Easy way around it, and most games do this: they find nothing interesting as they look around past the Room. Maybe a few small easy encounters, just small inexpensive/uninteresting items, and at the end a breadcrumb that leads them back to the Room.
Still gives player agency while still keeps the DM's work intact.
I find it interesting that when self checkout was introduced that people screamed "I'm not an employee! Bring back actual cashiers!".
Now I walk into a place like Walmart and there is a longer line waiting for self checkout rather than the 4 open cashiers.
