A 2070 isn't high end (trust me I know) but it's not a potato. I can't name a single DECENTLY optimized game that it can't run at a lower quality.

@Antwan1711 Quinn full combo literally includes going into melee so you don't even follow your own criteria. Kai'sa ultimate is one of the best diving tools in the game and she's one of the shortest ranged adc. Tristana has one of the highest ranges for adc she DOES NOT have to be melee.

@Antwan1711 Dive has nothing to do with being melee. A "dive" is diving into enemy for a kill. Leblanc CONSISTENTLY dashes past 3+ members of your team to get a kill on adc THAT IS A DIVE. A Darius ghost/flashing isn't a fucking dive.
