Bodycam footage from the January 6, 2023 shooting at Richneck Elementary School in Virginia has now been unsealed.

A 6-year-old black student stole his mother’s loaded 9mm Taurus, brought it to school, and shot his first-grade teacher, Abby Zwerner.

Listen to the kid cussing at the police.

‘F*ck you, I shot my teacher!’

‘F*ck you b*tch.’

‘I stole it because I needed to shoot my teacher.’

‘If you want a piece of me, come get it!’

He even tries to punch the woman holding him.

Keep in mind, this is after shooting his teacher at point blank range in a crowded elementary school classroom.

Thankfully the gun jammed as several more rounds were still seated in the magazine.

The bullet passed through Zwerner’s hand and entered her chest, collapsing her lung.

She required life saving medical treatment but made a full recovery.

Zwerner later won a $10 million civil verdict against former assistant principal Ebony Parker, who had received information that the kid might have a gun that day but still decided to do nothing.

Ebony was also criminally charged with eight felony child-neglect counts for not preventing the shooting, but in May 2026 a judge dismissed all of those charges

The boy was not charged or prosecuted because of his age, while his mother faced separate criminal charges related to the firearm.

The mother is currently free.

Expect to see this kid in the news very soon.

David: "I got deeply ensnared in that. There was a very small group of people that pushed me over the edge, and I had to do what I had to do to protect myself. I never wanted to be a whistleblower. I was a deeply entrenched 15-year intel officer and military officer in the Air Force. I was working some of the country’s most sensitive issues. I started going to the White House to brief the National Security Council in my mid-20s on space issues back during the Obama administration.

In 2019, when I joined the UAP task force and was tasked to investigate this, I was like, “Sure, I’ll look into it.” The special access program or black program community has a lot of dysfunction, and maybe some stuff wasn’t reported correctly. I didn’t really know what I was going to find, but if there was a U.S. program, I’d figure it out. I’d probably get cleared into it and we’d be fine. We’d have like a mafia meeting, and I’d know why it was protected the way it is and whatnot.
But unfortunately, about a year and a half later, around October 2020, is when my life kind of changed. Particular individuals: instead of coming to me, people who knew me personally, by the way; I know them personally now: didn’t say, “Dave, you’re bumping into something. I’m going to defensively brief you. This is what it is,” or “Hey, I’m going to slide an NDA across, sign this, and I’ll read you in.”

My colleagues and I joked about that. We figured we were bumping into something, and eventually somebody would knock on my office door and say, “Hey, I need to talk to you.” Unfortunately, that never happened. It’s really tragic, because that would have been an easier way.
Instead, I immediately got administratively nuked in October 2020, and they basically went after everybody around me, including my boss at the National Reconnaissance Office. I found criminal stuff. I found things that had happened in my personal life as well.
Back in early 2022, everything seemed fine. Then I started noticing some suspicious activity near where I live. I didn’t think much of it at first. I thought it was kind of strange. I don’t want to go into all the details, but later, on one particular day, I was sent a message that they could touch me and my wife, and that they knew where we were.
What do you think this was about in particular? Was it because of the child trafficking stuff? Was it because of some other illegal activity with no oversight? In private conversations, I was asked what red line, what tripwire I had crossed. To this day, I don’t know specifically. I suspect, based on what turned out to be the case, that they were monitoring my classified computer at work and my investigation notes that I kept encrypted on there. I think they were very worried that I had figured out a lot of things. I still don’t know for sure, though. And there are a lot of other things too.

I guess I’m kind of jumping around, because in early 2021, certain people who were helping me and who I was talking to started to experience Havana syndrome symptoms: anomalous health incidents. I know a lot about that. That’s another ecosystem I was an expert in within the government. And of course my first thought was, “Huh? Did you piss off the Russians or Chinese or some other foreign intelligence service?” Because you don’t think domestic."
