This whole "it's not explicitly said in the constitution" bs, is just that... bs. You want to know what else isn't explicitly in the constitution? 9 Supreme Court Justices. It's almost like their job is to interpret what is implied/can be inferred and not what's explicitly stated

The Supreme Court is suppose to be devoid of politics and they should not be swayed by personal beliefs, they are suppose to rely on precedents and the law... they have shown they don't care about that, or about what the people want. They only care about their personal agendas
